The Temporary Storage Warehouse occupies a land plot of 17 000 sq. m, 170 × 100 m in size. It has an asphalt pavement, a ribbon monolithic curb is installed along the perimeter, over which a 2-meter metal mesh fence is mounted.
The distance to International Automobile checkpoint “Verkhny Lars” is 9.8 km, 14 km to Vladikavkaz, 25 km to the railway station “Tovarny Dvor” (code 538708), 50 km to the Airport “Vladikavkaz”.
There is a concrete platform with a shed and lighting adjoining the warehouse for customs inspection of goods and vehicles, 40 m long, 6 m wide, 120 cm high above the parking lot surface on the North side.
