The “South Gate” Temporary Storage Warehouse is a modern warehouse complex that meets European quality standards and is focused on providing high-tech services for storing and handling various cargoes.
Information about areas and rooms intended for customs control and customs operations with goods and vehicles, as well as for the location of the customs authority.
Open area.
“South Gate” LLC has its own warehouse on a plot of 40 000 sq. m that includes:
- Temporary Storage Warehouse (certificate from the register of owners of temporary storage warehouses No. 10803/101218/10002/2);
- Parking for heavy vehicles with a capacity of up to 350 vehicles;
- Roadside service, located on an area of about 4000 sq. m, roadside service includes parking for 150 cars, a cafe, a household complex (15 bathrooms, 15 shower booths, a laundry room), showrooms.
The Temporary Storage Warehouse adjoins the roadside of the federal highway А-161, “Military-Georgian Road.”
The distance to the International Automobile checkpoint “Verkhny Lars” is 9.8 km, 14 km to Vladikavkaz, 25 km to the railway station “Tovarny Dvor” (code 538708), 50 km to the Airport “Vladikavkaz”.
The Temporary Storage Warehouse occupies a land plot of 17 000 sq. m, 170 × 100 m in size. It has an asphalt pavement; a ribbon monolithic curb is installed along the perimeter, over which a 2-meter metal mesh fence is mounted.
Gates and automatic barriers are installed at the border crossing point of the warehouse.
A checkpoint at the entrance is equipped.
On the North side of the warehouse, a fire evacuation gate is additionally installed, equipped with a double shutoff device.
A stationary system for the detection of fissionable and radioactive materials “Yantar-2SN” is installed in front of the entrance gate in accordance with the procedure established by order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 2026 dated October 9, 2012.
An open area containing 20 vehicles designed to accommodate vehicles with goods placed for temporary storage with an area of 910 sq. m is equipped on the territory of the Temporary Storage Warehouse. It is located entirely within the adjacent territory and is indicated as established to indicate customs control zones.
A protected area with an asphalt concrete pavement (15 000 sq. m), equipped for parking vehicles, for the time required to complete the procedure of customs transit, is adjacent to the open area of the Temporary Storage Warehouse.
In the open area, places are arranged for storing goods that:
- show an increased radiation background;
- are subjected to extradition to the owners for placement under one of the customs procedures in accordance with the decisions of the judicial authorities in cases of administrative offenses or criminal cases.
- converted to federal ownership;
- detained in accordance with Chapter 51 of the Eurasian Economic Union Customs Code.
Warehouse.
There is a one-story warehouse building, with a total area of 921.3 sq. m, 18 × 50 m in size, the height of the ceilings is 6 m. The warehouse building is equipped with three big industrial sectional gates, as well as three small gates. The gates are located at the ends and in the center of the North wall of the warehouse, the size of the gate is 4 m (width) and 4.5 m (height). The gate is equipped with a double locking mechanism.
The foundation and the floor of the warehouse are monolithic (reinforced concrete), load-bearing frame is made of a light steel, walls and floors are made from sandwich panels. The floor of the warehouse has a wear-resistant dolomite coating that prevents it from collecting dust.
The warehouse is equipped with a video surveillance system, a fire alarm, and an automatic fire extinguishing system.
There is a concrete platform with a shed and lighting adjoining the warehouse for customs inspection of goods and vehicles, 40 m long, 6 m wide, 120 cm high above the parking lot surface on the North side.
Inside the warehouse there is a special place for customs control procedures and storage spaces for the goods that:
- show an increased radiation background;
- are subject to extradition to the owners for placement under one of the customs procedures in accordance with the decisions of the judicial authorities in cases of administrative offenses or criminal cases;
- converted to federal ownership;
- detained in accordance with Chapter 51 of the Eurasian Economic Union Customs Code.
Office.
A two-story office building with offices for customs departments operates on the territory of the warehouse.
The Temporary Storage Warehouse is provided with the Internet (50 Mbit/s), as well as a communication system providing internal and external communication of the customs authority and other state control bodies operating within the Temporary Storage Warehouse.
The entrance into the territory of the warehouse is through a one-story checkpoint.
The Temporary Storage Warehouse is equipped by
System for detection of radioactive materials “Yantar-1A” (item 1 of the Federal Customs Service of Russia Order No. 2026 dated October 9. 2012);
Device for detection of fissionable and radioactive materials “DRS RM 140 1К-01”, the producer is “Plimaster” LLC, the Republic of Belarus;
X-ray television inspection system “L3 Communication “Linescan PX 231”;
Forklift truck with lifting capacity up to 3 tons;
Three manual hydraulic trolleys;
Truck scales with a weighing limit from 20 to 40 000 kg, platform scales with a weighing limit from 0.1 to 200 kg, and laboratory scales with a weighing limit from 0.001 to 1000 g;
